TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: August 24, 2026
Welcome to DrSophiaBlossom.com.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the products, programs, coaching services, educational resources, memberships, communities, masterclasses, workshops, events, digital content, books, and other non-clinical services offered by Blossom & Evolve, LLC, Dr. Sophia Blossom, and their authorized representatives (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this website, making a purchase, enrolling in a program, joining a membership or community, registering for an event, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase or participate in our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or participate in our coaching programs, memberships, masterclasses, events, or other adult services unless a particular offering expressly provides otherwise.
By purchasing or participating, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally authorized to enter into the transaction.
2. Nature of Our Services

Christian life-transformation coaching
Individual or group coaching
Group coaching programs and intensives
Masterclasses and workshops
Educational programs and courses
Faith-based teaching
Memberships and online communities

Educational resources

Other non-clinical services
Current and developing offerings may include programs, communities, and educational experiences such as Detach to Rehatch™, The Reclaimed Woman™, She Evolves™, Her Daily Cope™, Reignite the Love™, Blossom Unfiltered™, and other programs, products, events, and services offered by the Company.
The availability, format, pricing, duration, features, and content of specific offerings may change over time.
Specific offerings may also be subject to additional program agreements, informed-consent documents, checkout terms, payment terms, participation policies, or refund/cancellation policies.
If an offering has additional written terms, those terms become part of your agreement for that particular service.
3. Coaching Is Not Professional Counseling or Psychotherapy
Christian coaching, transformation programs, masterclasses, intensives, communities, courses, workshops, and other non-clinical services offered through Blossom & Evolve, LLC are not psychotherapy, professional counseling, psychological treatment, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or crisis services.
Dr. Sophia Blossom is a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S). However, when providing coaching or other non-clinical services through Blossom & Evolve, LLC, she is operating in the capacity identified in the applicable program or coaching agreement and not as the participant's Licensed Professional Counselor.
Participation in coaching, a masterclass, intensive, membership, course, workshop, community, or educational program does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
These services do not include diagnosis or treatment of mental-health disorders or services represented as licensed psychotherapy.
If your needs fall outside the appropriate scope of coaching or education, you may be encouraged to seek assistance from an appropriately licensed mental-health, medical, or other qualified professional in your location.
4. Professional Counseling Is Separate
Licensed professional counseling services provided through Grow Empowered, PLLC constitute a separate professional service and relationship.
Professional counseling is governed by separate informed-consent documents, privacy practices, policies, professional requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
Purchasing a Blossom & Evolve coaching program, masterclass, book, course, community membership, digital product, or other non-clinical service does not establish a professional counseling relationship with Dr. Sophia Blossom or Grow Empowered, PLLC.
5. Christian and Faith-Based Nature of Services
Many of our programs and services are explicitly Christian and may incorporate:
Biblical principles
Scripture
Prayer
Christian teaching
Spiritual reflection
Identity in Christ
Faith-based personal development
Christian perspectives concerning healing, relationships, personal growth, purpose, identity, and life decisions
By enrolling in a service identified as Christian, faith-based, biblically based, or Christ-centered, you acknowledge and accept that this perspective is an intentional component of the service.
You remain responsible for your own spiritual beliefs, interpretations, decisions, and actions.
6. No Guarantee of Results
We are committed to providing quality education, coaching, resources, and support; however, individual results cannot be guaranteed.
Personal transformation depends upon numerous factors, including participation, implementation, circumstances, decisions, effort, consistency, readiness, and factors outside our control.
Testimonials, case examples, success stories, or descriptions of previous participant experiences are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee that you will achieve identical or similar results.
No statement on this website or within our marketing, programs, events, coaching, or educational materials should be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular emotional, relational, spiritual, professional, personal, business, or financial result.
7. Personal Responsibility
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, health, finances, career, spiritual life, and other personal matters.
Information provided through our programs, books, coaching, teaching, communities, events, masterclasses, workshops, courses, digital resources, or website is intended for educational, coaching, inspirational, or informational purposes.
You agree to exercise your own judgment and seek appropriate licensed or qualified professional assistance when necessary.
8. Purchases and Payment
Prices for programs, products, memberships, masterclasses, events, and services are displayed at the time of purchase.
By completing a purchase, you authorize our applicable payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the amount and payment schedule disclosed at checkout.
Payment processing may be provided through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other processors made available by the Company.
Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all payments according to the payment schedule selected at enrollment.
A payment plan represents an installment arrangement for the total purchase price and should not be interpreted as a cancel-anytime monthly subscription unless the offering expressly states otherwise.
Stopping participation in a program does not automatically cancel an outstanding installment-payment obligation, subject to applicable law and the specific terms of the offer.
Failure to complete required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the applicable program, community, materials, recordings, or services, subject to applicable law and the specific purchase agreement.
9. Memberships and Recurring Subscriptions
Certain offerings, including Her Daily Cope™ or other membership/community services, may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.
By enrolling in a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval and price disclosed at checkout until the subscription is canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation procedure.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation of a recurring membership stops future renewal charges and does not automatically create a refund for a previously processed payment or membership period already provided.
Membership benefits and access may continue through the applicable paid period following cancellation unless otherwise disclosed.
Specific cancellation instructions and membership terms may be provided on the applicable checkout, account area, or membership materials.
10. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund and cancellation terms may vary by offering.
The refund policy displayed on the checkout page, enrollment page, sales page, registration page, or program agreement at the time of purchase will govern that purchase.
Because certain products and services include immediate access to proprietary digital materials, limited-capacity live programs, ebooks, recordings, intellectual property, community access, bonuses, or other benefits, some purchases may be non-refundable once access has been provided or the program has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing the refund and cancellation terms applicable to the specific offering.
Failure to attend or participate does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Masterclasses, Workshops and Live Events
Paid or complimentary masterclasses, workshops, intensives, webinars, live trainings, and similar events may be delivered through Zoom, Systeme.io, or another designated platform.
Registration provides access only to the event, materials, bonuses, recordings, or other benefits specifically described at the time of purchase.
Participants are responsible for:
Providing an accurate email address
Reviewing confirmation and reminder emails
Keeping event access links private
Having appropriate internet access and compatible technology
Attending at the scheduled date and time
Failure to attend a live event does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund, private replacement session, transfer, or future event access.
A replay is provided only when the particular offer expressly states that replay access is included.
Replay availability, duration, and expiration may vary by event.
12. Program Participation and Attendance
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled live sessions and completing exercises, assignments, reflections, or activities they choose to undertake.
Unless expressly guaranteed otherwise, missed live sessions do not create an entitlement to:
Private replacement sessions
Individual coaching
Refunds
Program extensions
Transfer to another cohort
Additional access periods
Where recordings are provided, access periods may be limited according to the terms of the particular program.
Program schedules, instructors, delivery methods, content sequencing, or individual session dates may occasionally be modified when reasonably necessary.
13. Promotional, Early-Bird and Limited-Time Pricing
From time to time, the Company may offer:
Early-bird pricing
Founding-member pricing
Masterclass attendee offers
Coupons
Promotional discounts
Bundles
Bonuses
Limited-time enrollment incentives
Special payment arrangements
Promotional offers are subject to the eligibility requirements, deadlines, availability, and other conditions disclosed with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts and promotional prices cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases.
Expiration dates and deadlines associated with promotional offers will be enforced according to the terms communicated with the offer.
The Company is not obligated to extend an expired promotion or provide the same pricing in the future.
14. Bonuses
Programs, masterclasses, memberships, or other offers may occasionally include bonuses.
Bonuses are provided according to the terms stated at the time of purchase and may have separate delivery dates, access periods, eligibility requirements, or availability limitations.
A bonus does not create an entitlement to a cash equivalent, substitute service, or refund unless expressly stated otherwise.
15. Group Programs and Communities
Certain services may include group coaching, live discussions, online communities, workshops, or other participant interaction.
Participants agree to respect the privacy and dignity of other participants.
You may not record, screenshot, reproduce, publish, distribute, or publicly disclose another participant's personal story, comments, image, identifying information, or participation without appropriate permission.
Although we establish expectations for respectful participation, we cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.
Participants should therefore exercise discretion when deciding what personal information to share in group settings.
16. Community Standards
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate participation when conduct materially disrupts a program or community or violates these Terms.
Prohibited behavior may include:
Harassment or bullying
Threatening behavior
Discrimination or abusive conduct
Sharing another participant's confidential information
Unauthorized solicitation or promotion
Recording sessions without permission
Repeatedly disrupting program activities
Sharing program materials with unauthorized persons
Sharing login credentials or access links
Fraudulent or unlawful activity
Removal for serious violations of program standards does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.
17. Account Access and Login Credentials
Certain courses, communities, programs, digital products, or membership services may require creation of an account or login credentials.
Access is intended solely for the registered purchaser or authorized participant.
You may not:
Share your username or password
Allow another person to access paid materials through your account
Share private course, community, Zoom, event, or program links with unauthorized persons
Circumvent access restrictions
Purchase one enrollment for use by multiple individuals unless expressly permitted
We may suspend or terminate access where unauthorized sharing is reasonably suspected.
18. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content available through this website and our programs is owned by or licensed to Blossom & Evolve, LLC and/or Dr. Sophia Blossom and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This includes, where applicable:
Program names and frameworks
Written curriculum
Workbooks
Worksheets
Ebooks
Videos
Audio recordings
Presentations
Training materials
Graphics
Website content
Digital resources
Coaching exercises
Teaching materials
Masterclass materials
Proprietary methods and frameworks
This includes proprietary materials associated with programs and frameworks such as Detach to Rehatch™, The Reclaimed Woman™, She Evolves™, Her Daily Cope™, Reignite the Love™, Blossom Unfiltered™, and other branded works, subject to applicable intellectual-property rights.
Purchasing a program, product, membership, or event gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the included materials for your own individual use.
19. Prohibited Use of Materials
Without prior written permission, you may not:
Copy or reproduce program materials for distribution
Sell or sublicense materials
Upload materials to public websites or file-sharing services
Share account access
Share paid download links
Distribute recordings
Record live sessions without permission
Teach our proprietary curriculum as your own
Create derivative courses or programs substantially reproducing protected materials
Remove copyright or proprietary notices
Use our intellectual property for commercial purposes
Purchase of a program or product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property to the purchaser.
20. Ebooks and Digital Products
Ebooks, downloads, worksheets, recordings, digital courses, and other digital products are licensed for personal use unless expressly stated otherwise.
Digital products may be delivered through email, download links, Systeme.io, a member area, or another designated platform.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and downloading or accessing materials according to the instructions provided.
You may not redistribute, resell, reproduce, upload, share, or commercially exploit digital products without written permission.
Because digital products may be accessible immediately after purchase, the applicable checkout may designate certain digital-product purchases as non-refundable once delivery or access has occurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
21. Physical Products and Books
Physical books, merchandise, and other physical products may be subject to separate shipping, replacement, return, and fulfillment policies presented at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, inaccurate shipping information supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for reviewing shipping information for accuracy before submitting an order.
22. Recording of Sessions
Live programs, workshops, events, masterclasses, community sessions, or teaching sessions may be recorded for participant replay, educational, archival, or program-delivery purposes.
Participation in a recorded group session may result in your name, voice, image, or contributions appearing in a replay available to authorized participants.
When participant images, voices, testimonials, or identifiable contributions may be used publicly for marketing or promotional purposes, additional permission may be requested where appropriate.
If you have concerns about appearing in recordings, contact us before participating on camera or speaking during a recorded session.
23. Testimonials
If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, photograph, video, or success story, we will obtain or rely upon appropriate permission before using identifiable testimonial content for promotional purposes as required.
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not constitute guarantees of results.
24. Third-Party Services and Technology
Our website, programs, products, and events may use third-party platforms and providers such as Systeme.io, Zoom, Stripe, PayPal, email providers, electronic-signature platforms, scheduling systems, social-media platforms, and other technology providers.
Third-party services operate according to their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and technical requirements.
We do not control and cannot guarantee the continuous availability of independent third-party platforms.
Temporary technical difficulties involving a third-party provider do not automatically create an entitlement to a refund when reasonable alternative access or delivery can be provided.
We may change technology providers or delivery platforms when reasonably necessary without materially reducing the purchased service.
25. International Participation
Certain non-clinical coaching and educational services may be available to participants located throughout the United States and internationally where legally permissible.
Availability may depend upon the participant's location and applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable requirements.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate location information when requested.
26. Health and Emergency Disclaimer
Our coaching programs, masterclasses, courses, communities, books, educational materials, and social-media content are not emergency services.
Do not use our website, coaching programs, social-media accounts, email, communities, or other non-clinical services to obtain emergency medical or mental-health assistance.
Individuals requiring urgent medical, mental-health, safety, or crisis assistance should contact appropriate emergency or crisis resources in their location.
27. Privacy
Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains our general practices concerning collection and use of personal information.
Program-specific forms or agreements may provide additional privacy information.
28. Website Availability and Accuracy
We endeavor to provide accurate and useful information but do not guarantee that every website page will always be complete, error-free, current, or continuously available.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue website content, programs, prices, features, or services at our discretion, subject to existing contractual obligations and applicable law.
29. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blossom & Evolve, LLC and its owners, representatives, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, educational materials, products, or non-clinical services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
30. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blossom & Evolve, LLC and its representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website or materials, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
31. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer or other laws require otherwise.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any additional dispute-resolution provisions contained in a specific service agreement.
32. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
The most current version will be posted on this website with an updated effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law and will not improperly alter existing contractual rights.
33. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
34. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable purchase, coaching, enrollment, membership, or program-specific agreement, constitute the applicable agreement regarding your use of the website and purchased services.
Where a program-specific agreement or checkout term conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific agreement or term will generally govern that particular service unless otherwise stated.
